About Us

Miss Sian has been singing and performing for as long as she can remember, practically being raised in her mothers performing arts studio as a child.

Miss Sian has performed in community theatre musical productions with Engadine Musical Society, Miranda Musical Society, Regals Musical Society and Rockdale Musical Society, as well as semi - professional production with Squabbalogic Theatre Company.

In 2021 Miss Sian competed in The Voice Australia, making it to the semi finals and is since working on creating her own original music.

Miss Sian found a passion for teaching at a young age, taking on her own singing and violin students back in high school as she loved watching progression and success in her students. Following school, she also loved her work as a support worker, which meant teaching singing at IAPA has been the perfect opportunity to blend her two passions together.​

Nicola is a contemporary musician who has always had a passion for singing and performing. She grew up singing, dancing and acting and would take any opportunity she could find to perform.

What started out as musicals, choirs, eisteddfods and busking in Cronulla has gradually turned into a career of performing in weddings, corporate events and private functions all over NSW!

After being on The Voice in 2022, Nicola got to showcase her talents and fall deeper into the world of music. Nicola also loves songwriting and has recently started releasing music!

Nicola has a natural passion for teaching and prides herself in creating a safe, friendly and creative space for students to thrive in their learning. She is also currently studying Contemporary Music Education at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music to improve her knowledge on music theory. Nicola's friendly nature makes it easy for students to connect and feel excited about learning music.

Miss Emma is a certified and trained Performer, Educator and Choreographer. She has obtained her Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Management through ATOD.

Miss Emma has been performing and choreographing community theatre musical productions with Engadine Musical Society, The Regals Musical Society, Rockdale Musical Society and Miranda Musical Theatre Company for the past 6 years, and has loved every second of it.

Miss Emma's goal with each lesson is that her students feel loved and have had fun​. Miss Emma teaches our Rec classes on Wednesdays.​

Originally from New Zealand, Miss Amy ventured her way to Sydney to train and work as a professional dancer many years ago.

Miss Amy studied her Diploma of Professional Dance at Ettingshausens Pro in The Sutherland Shire graduating in 2022. Since graduating Miss Amy has worked professionally as a dancer in sports entertainment for both the NRL and NBL. Having been a member of the NRL Dragons hype crew for 4 seasons and the NBL Illawarra Hawks hype team for the 25/26 season Miss Amy brings high energy and professionalism to all aspects of dance and teaching.

Miss Amy has been with IAPA for a year and has a huge passion for teaching people with disabilities. She prides herself on creating a safe, fun and and nurturing classroom for all her students to thrive in, by showing off their abilities and creative sides. Miss Amy will be teaching the Monday competition hip hop class and assisting Miss Zoe for all other comp classes in the Sutherland studio.

We're excited to welcome Miss Hayley to our 2026 cohort!

Miss Hayley started dancing at the age of four and has always had a love for the performing arts whether that was dancing, singing or acting. 
Miss Hayley has experience in community theatre musical performances, on/off screen acting and has experience teaching dance and drama programs for schools.
Miss hayley has completed her Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University majoring in Dance Performance and Music. She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Teaching in hopes to bring her love of teaching the arts into schools and a future teacher.

With also having worked in disability for three years of experience as a support worker,  Miss Hayley's expertise is sure to be an incredible asset. We can't wait to see the magic she brings to the classroom where her strategy is all about creating a fun and flourishing environment for everyone to learn!

Dancing for over 10+ years as well as starting to develop her skills with teaching at mainstream studios, Miss Charli is so excited to be joining the team at IAPA Under miss Emma's wing (who has also been her dance teacher previously). Also studying her Diploma of Dance at Eve and Bow, Charli's passion to to create a fun environment through movement for all to enjoy. Miss Charli's heart warming personality will be an amazing asset to the team, and we can't wait for you all to meet her!

Miss Charlie will be assisting Miss Zoe and Miss Emma on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Miss Mia has been a part of IAPA since the beginning and enjoys working with our students to enhance their skills and progress in the classroom. With a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, she hopes to continue this journey after graduating high school. Her kind heart and strong work ethic have made a significant impact on our students during her time at IAPA and we are so thrilled to have Miss Mia further develop her skills alongside our teachers. Outside of IAPA, she enjoys participating in musical theatre and dance sessions at an after school Performing Arts facility.

Mr Cadell has long worked with people with disabilities for quite some time, and having a mutual love for helping others and dancing, Mr Cadell makes the perfect teachers assistant in the classroom! Cadell's focus in a dance class is to aid the students in proper dance technique and ensuring all students are having the best time in our classes.

We are so thrilled to have such an enthusiastic teachers assistant by our said and really look forward to see what the future hold for Cadell here at IAPA.
